Ben Olsen is a K-6 Gifted and Talented teacher at Hansen and North Cedar Elementary schools in Cedar Falls. With 25 years of teaching experience, he joins the TPC through the Iowa STEM Externship Program, where he will spend six weeks assisting with the Plant Materials Program. He looks forward to learning more about prairies and incorporating that knowledge into project-based learning opportunities for his students.
