Ethan Dickey joined the center staff in September 2024 and serves with Green Iowa AmeriCorps until August 2025. He grew up in DeWitt, Iowa. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in May 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Biology and minors in Earth Science and Environmental Earth Science. In his time at UNI, Ethan also conducted research on prairies and their relationships with native bees. Ethan hopes to take what he learns during his time at the TPC into future careers and help to educate others about the natural world and the species within it. In his free time Ethan likes reading, gardening, and taking care of his many house plants.
